All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Weatherbeeta purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on horse training equipment including:

  • Lunging Equipment
  • Riding Whips & Crops
(Exceptions made for defective/damaged items upon arrival)

How to Return an Item

  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and materials

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank processing times may add 3-10 additional business days

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
