Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on horse training equipment (including lunging equipment and riding whips/crops) unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

Return Shipping Address

Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Do not send returns to our business address as we cannot accept packages there.

International Returns: For customers outside the United States, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value for customs purposes.
