What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to see if delivery is available to your location. For specific country inquiries, email [email protected].
How can I track my order?
All orders include tracking:
- DHL/FedEx shipments: Tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- EMS shipments: Tracking number provided (some regions may have limited tracking)
My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information. If your package is delayed:
- Allow 3 additional business days for possible customs delays
- Check with your local post office if shipped via EMS
- For DHL/FedEx, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for unused items in original condition with tags attached:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty/incorrect
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
